If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. For larger packages we may use a parcel courier to ensure a more secure and speedy delivery, which may also require a signature.

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Goods remain the property of Simply Solids and haberdashery ltd until payment is received in full.

Returns or undeliverable items

 

Any items returned to Simply Solids and Haberdashery Ltd, as the mail provider has been unable to make the delivery or delivery is refused by customer ie import duties have not been paid by the customer or incorrect address is provided, are subject to a charges to cover carriage fees incurred by Simply Solids and Haberdashery Ltd (this maybe higher than carriage charged to customer upon purchase), plus 20% of order value. These fees will be deducted from customers refund of costs.

Simply Solids and Haberdashery Ltd, will not attempt resend any items returned to them.

Changes of deliver or billing address will not be accepted by email or any other form of communication.
